These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on the PuraClear UK website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm payment and dispatch. Payment is taken securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available).

Guarantee

Eligible SpotWash products include a 2 Year Guarantee. Keep your order confirmation for support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
