Cooling-off period
As a UK consumer you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to return
Email support@puraclear.co.uk with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Items should be unused where practicable and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Faulty items are covered under your statutory rights and product guarantee.
Exceptions
We may refuse returns for items damaged by misuse or missing essential accessories. Contact us if you are unsure.
